1. Online service — nothing is shipped
Student Alert is cloud software and a website service run by Logic Inventor Technologies Private Limited. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no courier is involved.
2. How the service is delivered
- Free trials start immediately when you choose a service in your account.
- Plans, add-on modules and renewals are activated automatically as soon as the payment succeeds — usually within a few seconds — and you can use them right away in your account at app.studentalert.in.
- Wallet recharges (SMS / WhatsApp credits) are added to your wallet instantly.
- Website hosting is renewed instantly. A domain renewal done by us is completed with the registrar within 1 working day of payment, before the domain’s expiry date.
- A GST invoice is created automatically and is available under Subscription & Billing → Invoices. A confirmation is also sent on WhatsApp / e-mail.
3. If something is not activated
If your payment was successful but the service is not active within 30 minutes, contact us at support@logicinventor.com or +91-7522850850 (Mon - Sat: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) with your institution code and payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
