1. Free trials
Every new institution gets a free trial of School ERP and Website Management. No payment is taken during a trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
2. Subscriptions
- Plans and add-on modules are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly), per institution.
- You can cancel renewal at any time from Billing in your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- After expiry there is a short grace period, then the account becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted for non-payment without notice.
3. Refunds
- If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription and we will refund the full amount.
- Renewals, upgrades, add-on modules, SMS credits and custom domain charges are non-refundable once activated.
- Wallet balance can be used for any purchase in the app and is not convertible to cash, except where required by law.
- Duplicate or failed payments that were debited are refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. How to request
Email support@studentalert.in or call +91-7522850850 with your institution code and invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
